Important Information
Someone will need to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
When your delivery arrives, please take a moment to check it carefully. If you notice any damage, make sure this is clearly noted on the driver’s paperwork before signing. Then let us know the same day by phone or email so we can resolve it quickly for you.
Please be aware that our drivers may need some assistance when unloading your order.
For smaller orders (4 boxes or fewer), delivery will be made by an express courier between 8am–6pm. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a more precise delivery time for these shipments.
Larger orders will arrive via a pallet carrier. This is a kerbside delivery, meaning the driver will place the goods as close to your property as possible. However, they are not obligated or insured to enter your home or assist with unloading. Please also note that pallets may be left behind and will need to be disposed of.
